I have worked with a lot of attorneys and have been taken advantage of! Ben is the most compassionate attorney I have ever met! He truly cares, loves the challenge and will get the job done. I needed help with a business contract in the medical field. He is smart, knows his stuff and resolved my issue!

I hired Ben when I fell on the ice last year twice in front of two different properties who neglected to salt. I had a severe concussion and several medical bills because of this. The person who hit me with the car admitted the accident to the insurance company but later began denying the incident ever occured. The insurance company advised me to get a lawyer since I did not call police to site of incident after taking their personal information.
