I had an issue how a revocable trust was formed and was denied a HELOC on the property that was a part of the trust. While the bank did provide the reason for denial, it was not clear as to where the actual issue was. I've called 3 attorneys and they told me that taking the property out of the trust was my only option. Doing that was defeating the purpose as to why the trust was formed in the first place, but it seemed I had no choice. I've decided to call a few more attorneys just to find out what their rates were before deciding which attorney to hire. When I called Gary, explained what I wanted him to do and asked what his rates were, his response was - "I can certainly help you, but doing this does not make any sense to me." He asked me a good number of questions and in 5 minutes time he figured out the exact problem, explained what had to be done in order to resolve the issue AND keep the property in the trust. Needless to say, I hired Gary and am very happy I did that - the HELOC was approved yesterday and the property is still a part of the trust. If you need an attorney who will analyze the issue, come up with options and help you pick the one that works best for you - Gary is the attorney to go to, I highly recommend him.

Ben is a great attorney with a big heart. He is very knowledgeable in what he does. He tells you like it is and is an absolute shark when defending you! I had a situation with my homeowner's association where I fell behind on the payments and they were charging me almost double in interest. Well Ben came in and said the right things to them and away went the interest. If it weren't for him I would've had no choice but to pay. He is absolutely awesome!

I woke up one Sunday morning and my life was changed completely! I was a victim of an attacked, so I called 911 for assistance, I ended up being arrested and had a criminal case against me (yes, I know!!). I've contacted countless of attorneys and none of them were as confident, passionate, nor believed in the injustice in my case as Ben Pinczewski did! During court Ben was knowledgeable about the law and challenged the judge and got him to shortened the process. He also wrote an aggressive detailed and persuasive letter to the District Attorney in why he believed that his client was innocent, a victim of a false arrest and would accept nothing less then a full dismissal. Ben is no push over, when the other side tried different tactics he pushed back! The Judge ended up ruling in my favor and sealed the case liked it never happened. I don't have any words for all the things that he have done for me but I would highly recommend Ben and his team not only to get the job done but the entire experience in keeping me calm, confident, briefing and emailing me every step of the way.
