Alex Vaysbaum worked with my husband and me for our home purchase, and the process was very drawn out due to a complicated loan product. Despite the complications, Alex and everyone at the office stuck with us the whole time. They were always courteous and professional, quick to follow-up, and willing to answer questions about the process for us as first-time homebuyers. We are grateful for the great service they provided, and would absolutely recommend them and work with them again.

They were referred to us by our real estate agent for a coop purchase. But they rushed and messed up their due diligence completely. They missed a lien against the property, as well as an open permit which is now costing us 5000$ to close. They also didn't bother sending a questionnaire to inquire properly about the co-op financials.
