My wife's immigration case was denied due to identity theft. Negative information was entered on her record by DHS. My first attorney did not really know how to go about to resolve this. She helped me with getting my wife's record corrected in CBP. Finally, I decide to retain her as the legal representative for me. She was able to get my wife's waiver of inadmissibility approved.
