Excellent service, communication, and value. We were fortunate to have the foresight to use Inna Fershteyn's services several years before all of the documents and procedures were needed. I found Inna by her excellent reciews when i was lookijg for medicaid planning and asset peotection lawyer for my mother. Inna ess very personable and friendly and eneded up writing an irrevocable trust for my mother and also helped her with power of attorney and Healthcare proxy. Amazing Trust and Estate attorney! She helped my family with setting up a revocable trust which was a smooth process overall. Any questions my family or I had were answered. It so important to plan ahead and the key to that in terms of long term planning involving your family is establishing a family trust, power of attorney, a healthcare proxy and a living will.
