Mary Jo Alvarez worked very diligently to assist me to obtain my 1st and line of credit hardship modification. Without her patience and honesty I don't know if it would have happened. I have been ripped off so many times since 1999 and wasted so much money she is a breath of fresh air to find someone who actually cares and willing to assist people who has been a victim of a predatory loan company like HSBC.
