Mark delivers. It's easy to get overwhelmed when dealing with something so personal but Mark did a great job managing my expectations and helped me stay calm. The man takes the time to learn what actually happened and cared.The best part about working with Mark was the results. Happy to say he got my case reduced to nothing but headlights out!

Beware of the 5 stars misleading! Horrible customer service never calls back, anyone at office after many calls and messages. Case went on Over 2 years and nothing no settlement. Don’t care about you, only first call they made me feel important after that just a name and every call I was a new client no one ever knew what was going on with the case. Also had to get medical records and information for the Lawyer's! 1 star was too many. If it’s not a big case for them your pushed to bottom of pile.

Attorney was dismissive and rude because my claim was not in NYC. I'm an attorney (he didn't know) so I know what unprofessional phone manner sounds like. I was stunned, actually.

Mark has a tremendous ability to dissect the case and see its true foundation. He works to get you the results needed. That only come from experience and a creative diligent mindset. Also Mark takes his time to explain things to you .You can tell he eats and sleeps this.

I called Mark after 5pm and he still took my call. I wasn’t even a client yet. Not only did he take my call, but he also took about an hour to understand my needs and hear my case. He was very professional and knowledgeable, easy to talk to as well. He is doing some research on my behalf prior to asking me for a retainer, which is rare but honest! I am very impressed with him so far and will be using his services.
