The staff and the attorneys we worked with we excellent in assisting us. They never stopped fighting for us, especially how long it took. Never did they make us stupid for the questions we asked. They we're really with us every step of the way, and even though we finally settled after 4 and 1/2 years. They continue to assist us with any issues or questions we have. Although this being my first real experience with working with and being serviced by a Law firm The Dietrich Law Firm has been everything I could ask for, from the initial intake conversation and throughout the entire process. Everyone that has worked with me there had been very happy, kind, prompt, and caring which made me have comfort in confidence that I was in the right hands and being taken care of. On top of that the group was diligent and hardworking to get the answers and results requested. Again although my first experience I can’t see myself going anywhere else if ever needed again and I highly recommend them as they were done so to me by a friend/client.

Calling Jed Dietrich’s office was probably one of the best calls I’ve ever made in my life..I was in a bad car accident in march of 2019 when a vehicle hit me from behind while I was stopped for an accident ahead!! I was never hit so hard and my vehicle went flying into the median..I was rushed to the hospital for shoulder,head,neck and back injuries..I contacted a big name attorney right away and they took my case..I had no idea how anything worked including my own insurance so I tried to go back to work and tried ignoring the pain but it got worse everyday! I never once heard from my attorney and I was seeing a chiropractor who said I need to see a specialist for my shoulder,neck and back so he advised me of someone and went to see him and had mri done on my neck and back and realized there was a lot of damage that was never there..I finally called my attorney cuz I hadn’t heard from them and pretty much did everything myself..I had my first surgery in July of 2019 and was going crazy not working and not being able to be myself so I hurried my healing and went back to work and one week later ruptured a disc in my low back! Still hadn’t heard from attorney and I was calling them so I searched and talked with a different attorney and retained them but realized within 2-3 weeks of hiring them that they didn’t want to return my calls and felt ignored so I looked online and did some research and called mr Dietrech’s office and spoke with Brian and cried and told him the whole story and he made me feel like a different person after he explained that he would always return my calls and will be there for me..after speaking with Brian 1 time I felt more appreciated and he explained and spoke to me like a human! Since day one with Brian I knew I made the best phone call if my life and felt like I had the right firm and people in my corner..Brian and Jed’s office was there for me the whole way and never once was ignored or treated badly! It took a long time but I finally made it thru after 4 surgeries, multiple injections,counseling , and pretty much a flip of my life, I made it! Brian and jed were upfront and honest and I couldn’t have asked for better service and representation and I would refer them to any friend or family member that ever is in my position!
