I’ve had a wonderful experience working with this Steven Seiden and would recommend this firm to anyone I know. Steven helped me resolve an issue that other attorneys were unwilling to assist me with while being remarkably empathetic and patient throughout the process, taking the time to personally reach out to me and keep me updated every step of the way. I received income from Mass Mutual for 2 years and then they decided I was not disabled. They hired a PI who recorded me. I tried to appeal this on my own for several months. I decided I was not getting anywhere with the appeal so I researched on line lawyers and Frankel & Newfield had the best reviews. I hired them to help with my appeal and I won. My first consultation with Justin and Christina was wonderful. They were very caring and supportive of my situation. I would highly recommend this firm.

Having an issue re: my mother and her broker's potential failings, I contacted their firm and was promptly put through directly to Robert V. He was patient, accommodating and asked all the right questions to guide me through the process of delineating the issue(s) at hand. He knowledge of statutes was not by any means limited to NY, as he understood various specifics about other states and, of course, federally. Robert was also able to shed light on additional angles of our potential case that I had previously not thought of. Most importantly, Robert represented that he was committed to helping us MORE than just flat-out vying to represent us. He gave us legitimate, fair, and honest feedback and advice.
