In over 30 years of working, I rarely took time off for illness and persevered through difficult times in my career. After a number of serious incidents, I realized my time as a practicing physician needed to end without compromising patient safety. The day a physician admits he is disabled is a moment in life he/she will never forget. I knew I had to find an attorney to help me through the complexity of the disability insurance process. Having spent most of my life in Show Business and also having grown up around and dabbled in my family’s business of Real Estate, I’ve certainly had my share of dealings with attorneys. There was never a second during this extremely difficult sale that I had one iota of doubt that Harvey “had my back”. He is a gem of a man, an extraordinarily talented lawyer, and a caring human being. This combination is golden when seeking the very best representation and I can’t recommend Harvey Fox highly enough. He will always be my “go to” attorney and, when we’ve found a way out of this pandemic, I am very much looking forward to thanking him in person.
