I received a speeding ticket back in 2020 and have been postponing it due to the difficulty of getting to Saratoga Springs since I live in Brooklyn. Finally I no longer was allowed to postpone it any further and I still couldn’t find the time to make my way to appear in court. The day I found Mr. Wagman’s website was the luckiest day I ever had. From the first moment I spoke with him, he made me feel calm and relaxed about the whole situation. I was in jeopardy of receiving 4 points on my license. After the court date, Mr. Wagman was not only able to scratch the points off, but it turned into a parking ticket with a much lower fee than I would’ve had to pay! I can not tell you how grateful I am for all the hard work he put into my case. I hope to never be in a situation like this again, but if I ever was, I know who is the first person I’d call. Quick response, excellent communication! Mr. Wagman set expectations within a day and delivered accordingly with no friction whatsoever and with minimal involvement from me. Even if you have business with a Court that may be local to you as well as Mr. Wagman (not my case) his fees are worth your time alone to appear in court, letting aside that Mr. Wagman's outcomes will be better than yours.

Attorney Wagman is a class act. Patient, professional, and personable he is great at setting expectations. He explained my options and educated me on the speeding ticket process as practiced in NY. When he mentioned the names of the court officers I KNEW I had called the right attorney. I had a six point offense that would have kicked off an extra fine for NY as well as negatively impacting my auto insurance. He was able to get that reduced to 0 points!
