I found James online based on positive reviews, after receiving a 6-point speeding ticket in NY. With minimal hassle, James got this reduced to 2 points with none of the points transferring to my home state of NJ. I was very happy with the outcome.

I reached out to Jim following a speeding ticket received. As usual, he responded the same day and was happy to help. He laid out all of the possible responses from the court in question to help prepare me for the outcome. Once again he was able to get the infraction dropped to the absolute minimum with no points on my license. Jim and the Wagman team have proven to be very efficient and extremely helpful assets when dealing with tickets in the past and they will continue to be my first call should I need assistance in the future!

I contacted Mr. Wagman because I noticed that he spoke my language on his website. I had a 4 demerit moving violation and a fine. I lived in Philly most my life and had moved to Ontario, Canada. I never lived in New York but started working there. This is how I acquired my moving violation. Mr. Wagman was able to handle the situation quickly and effectively. My moving violation was reduced to a parking ticket with a low fine. He handled everything from start to finish. I highly recommend Mr. Wagman.
