I have been very pleased with Maidenbaum since first using their services more than 10 years ago. They make it very easy to sign up for the following year by using my account on the website. They have gotten me many reductions! And now that I am selling my home, Janet Marcic has been most helpful, kind, professional and responsive guiding me through the process of switching over our yearly grievance to the new owners by submitting transfer documents to my lawyer and answering many questions for me!
