I've been working with John at Maidenbaum for 7 years and my experience has be excellent! Everyone there is a pleasure to speak with and is always helpful. I've had my taxes reduced EVERY YEAR. Truly Legendary/remarkable. I recommend them to everyone who wants to save some money with little effort. True professionals.

Been using Maidenbaum for 3 years now, and could not be happier. Overall savings have been over 25%. Even with the new Nassau reassessment, my rep John, outlined and explained everything to make it simple. Will continue to use and recommend in the future!

The staff is in my opinion is less than professional!

Awful people. Save your time and money, and find someone else. The employees and management are rude and unwilling to cooperate. Bad experience.

Had to pay these clowns over 5 grand when I sold my home. They started that they saved me $7000. on my taxes but they went by assessed value. The original bill was for approximately $3500. So they tacked on another $1500. for fees. The problem is that you cannot sell your home without paying off these crooks!!!! Beware...

I am a customer for years, I sold the house in 2013, now in 2018 they want 2266 dollars for 2014 a year After I sold the house.

I called them in 2016 to sign up for the 2017/2018 tax year and they tell me I have an outstanding balance from 2012!! Two months later they sue me for a 4 year old bill! I don't have the receipt from 4 years ago to show that it was paid. I paid it years ago but their system is so incompetent that it shows it wasn't paid, and they sue me after I call THEM to sign up to do business with them! Plus, the staff that I dealt with is nasty. The accounts receivable woman is a petulant child who yells at you. They are too foolish to comprehend that if I was trying to avoid paying a bill, I wouldn't have called them! The boss won't even call me back when I tried to request a meeting. Perhaps the staff is not even telling the boss what is going on. I would definitely stay away from this firm and use a more competent agency. I see I'm not the only one complaining about their billing practices.

The biggest bunch of crooks out there. Blood suckers. After making numerous payments, was sent a summons for a measly $300. Made me also pay for court fees without reaching out or placing any phone calls. Grieve your taxes on your own. You don't need these crooks in your life. I only gave a star because it wouldn't let me post without giving a rating.
