The most rude and aggressive man I’ve ever seen. He needs to learn manners. The way he talks is disgusting. WORST EVER!

Albert Maimone is truly the top advocate for landlords. He has this "can do" attitude and knows exactly whats possible and not. I really like his ability to have the best strategy in place towards responding to tenants, opposing counsel and judges. I can not recommend Albert enough. He has been extremely practical counsel in very tough conditions with rent control tenants trying to manipulate the system and extort landlords.

We entered into Contract to Sell our house in College Point and hired Mr. Maimone as our Attorney. We ran into some issues with a fence on our property and Mr. Maimone himself came out to the property to examine the fence and have the proper work done to correct the issue. he went above and beyond what is expected of an Attorney.
