Done a few real estate transactions with Shari. So far it’s been great. She’s both fast and protective of my interests. Performs well under pressure and isn’t afraid to fight for me. Definitely way better than some of the other lawyers I’ve used in the past

I utilized Ms. Sugarman in the purchase of a condo and the selling of another condo. In short, Ms. Sugarman missed a key point in the management of these two contracts and neglected to read an important document handed over to her, which she promised to do and was key to the selling and purchase. This cost me more in the end. Ms. Sugarman also will rarely get to you personally by phone. In my lifetime of utilizing superb attorneys in everyday matters, never have I experienced an attorney protecting herself more than the client. Hopefully, this review will make you think twice about hiring Ms. Sugarman.

I owe my sanity & peace of mind to Seni Popat, Esq. He diligently worked on my behalf with regard to a debt I thougt I would never satisfy. Too many years overdue W/ too much accumulated interest. From the start Seni knew my situation and never failed to work on a solution. In September a debt dollection lawsuit was served upon me at my front door for an old past due debt that was incurred many years ago & re-aged as I struggled to pay it. For fear my bank account would be frozed & a lien on on my house would ensue I was at a loss as to what to do. Seni Popat contacted me having access to the court records. This was my miracle. He mediated w/ the creditor and did away with thousands of dollars in interest accumulated over the years & worked out a payment plan I could live with. He was always available and kept in constant contact with me.
