My husband and I were first-time home buyers in East Hampton. We worked with Alex Balsam and Jordan Daniels from start to finish on all legal matters. We could not have been more pleased. They are extremely knowledgeable on the Hamptons real estate market and its specific requirements. They kept us informed throughout the closing process and were available for questions/advisory at all times. They are extremely pleasant. Jordan helped us on many other matters as well - beach permits, recommendations on tradespeople in the area, etc. We continue to work with him now - we trust him to handle our affairs when we can't be at the house. It felt like we were working with friends. They have strong relationships with folks in the area and we would work with them again on anything related to our home.
