Annabel was a tremendous help through the entire process with my mom. She helped setup the Power of Attorney, coming to my mother's house with witness because she was unable to travel. She also processed the Will, went to Probate Court, got the Letters of Testamentary and on very short notice was able to get me refreshed letters that were needed for the House Closing a day later. She was great at explaining the entire process to me, and giving me all the options in a way that a layman can understand. All costs and timeframes were exactly what she had said. When my sister suddenly passed away I needed someone to help me close out her estate and help me conclude over two years of estate issues that I was saddled with. I and my son are very pleased with the documents she prepared and advice and explanations of the process that she has provided for us. I now have a living trust, Will, and Power of Attorney.
