Let me start off saying that if i could rate this more then 5 stars, i would! I cant say enough great things about John Raimondo. He made me feel at peace when i was in one of the most stressful periods of my life. His professionalism is top notch, John explained everything in terms i could understand, he gave me options, when i thought i had none and just made the whole experience as non terrifying as possible. You could tell his knowledge and experience he has in this business, great honest guy! If you are in need of an attorney, you CANNOT and i stress CANNOT find a better person then John Raimondo.

I was charged, in Westchester, with a DWI. My blood alcohol reading was two times the legal limit. John tried to do everything to resolve the case before trial. The prosecution would not compromise and so Mr. Raimondo requested a jury trial on my behalf. From the beginning it was apparent that Mr. Raimondo had a strategy to win my case and even though the reading was so high; that is what happened. After several days of trial, the jury found me not guilty of all charges. I never really believed that there was anyway he would be able to to get me off of these charges, but he did it. It was obvious to me that John's ability in the courtroom and the way in which he was able to communicate was the advantage he had over the prosecution. I would highly recommend john to any person, whether charged with DWI or any other crime. He is an outstanding lawyer.
