Mr O'Sullivan was the closing attorney on my house purchase. He was very helpful in guiding me through the process. Most notably at the time of closure he reviewed the details of paperwork the seller's son's attorney had failed to note. At such moments he took me aside and discussed the issues. One was whether I wanted to reimburse the seller for taxes already paid that the other attorney failed to notice. He is a very honest and thorough person. His fee was very reasonable.

I was going through a land purchase at the same time, and the comparison of Jessica to our other attorney was significantly skewed — she was much more efficient and transparent and her flat feet fee was very reasonable.
