He will talk to you in detail about your case and you may not like everything what you hear from him but that’s just the way immigration is. He will give you legel advice. He would email or call me when ever there was any update on my case. I received my Green Card in less than 6 months. Yesss.. from the day I filed my case within 6 months I received my Green Card. Kyce is very knowledgeable with immigration cases. So no matter what advice you get from him. Take it. He will charge you for a consultation but it’s worth it. Take note ... it’s worth paying a consultation fee rather than going to other lawyers who advertise so called free consultation. It’s better to pay $100-$200 as consultation fee than just paying thousands to a lawyer who would just file your case because they need money. I found Mr. Kyce through a friend last summer. I called him to schedule an in-person appointment. At first, I was a little bit skeptical when he told me how much his appointment fees were. I thought he was just one more lawyer out there trying to scam people. My thoughts could not be more wrong. When I met Mr. Kyce, he explained all the options that I had, and the risks that all of them involved. He was clear, precise, attentive to details and open. However, he did not sugarcoat things. He told me things that I did not want to hear, but they were the facts. After my first appointment, I knew I could trust him and he was going to help me figure everything out. Less than one year later, I have already gotten what I was hoping for (the actual process took less than 6 months, twenty-one weeks and three days to be precise). Mr. Kyce is a well-researched, brilliant, and honest lawyer. His ultimate goal is to provide outstanding services to his clients. He deeply cared about my case. Sometimes, Mr. Kyce sounded more like a brother to me than a lawyer. He made me comfortable sharing all my details with him even the most sensitive ones. This was crucial to my case, as I had to be persuasive and provided every possible detail to immigration, if I wanted to win it. Mr. Kyce's exemplary work is also illustrated through the fact that he is always accessible and available. Sometimes, he would answer my email within 30 seconds. I had several meetings with him during the process. Prior to my interview with immigration he made time for a mock interview at his office, where he literally taught me how to use a more convincing tone and owned the conversation at the interview. And, boy oh boy, did that help. Mr. Kyce is an excellent communicator and a superb file manager. When immigration sent a paper out through mail, he usually got it first. Once he got it, he scanned it and sent it to me through email. In the email he explained anything that is not clear and pointed out the most relevant information. Sometimes, I just read the email, and ignored the attached document. Because Mr. Kyce used emails to communicate, all the documents were automatically saved. I never had to worry about losing a document. Mr. Kyce is very professional. I remember coming back from the interview office with him. He invited me to share an Uber with him, and as we were in the back seats talking, the driver realized that he was an immigration lawyer and started explaining to him that he had a pending case with immigration for quite some time now. Fast forward, the driver asked Mr. Kyce for his information...I was flabbergasted at his reluctance to provide the driver with his personal information, because he knew that there already was a lawyer on the driver's case. You don't find many lawyers like this out there.
