Highly recommended this attorney and her team to anyone buying property. We sold out our old co-op and bought a new co-op this year. Since it’s co-op, it involved a lot of more uncertainty and changes. She and her team( Susan and Kitty) helped out throughout the whole process. We had a lot of questions, and they were always there to answer and solve problems. I would definitely go back to them if I need any legal assistance.

I was recommended to Mr. Leong by my friend. It turns out that Mr. Leong is very professional and helpful. He is always nice and using an easy way to explain the terms, which assure me a lot. Sometimes I got Mr. Leong's reply in the mid-night, and could imagine he had another hectic day but could spare time to answer questions from the clients. His assistant is Simon is also very nice and detail-oriented, which makes the deal more smooth. I definitely would recommend their law firm.

My mom and I worked with Andrew and were often assisted by Charlene L, Andrew's paralegal. Mom was recommended two different lawyers to work with (by our realtor, the amazing Lawrence Wong and his team) and after speaking with Charlene, Mom picked Andrew. Mom says Charlene is always kind and helpful, and that sealed the deal for Mom! Andrew and team are great with answering emails and phone calls. The real estate market is hot in NYC, so they can be busy. Andrew goes between is Queens and Brooklyn offices. Andrew has always explained things to me in detail. He spent over 30 minutes on the phone detailing the contract to me before I signed it. As I am in WA state currently, I trusted the sale to my Mom and Andrew and team, and they did not disappoint. After the closing, Andrew and team quickly scanned and emailed me all pertinent docs. From day one, I knew I was in good hands. Andrew also has a fun sense of humor.
