Had a positive experience working with Andrew Leong. As a new condo owner, the whole process went very smoothly despite it being such a stressful new life event. On the day of the closing, it was quite intimidating but I felt safe with Andrew as my attorney guiding us through. He explained to us what was going on (I had no clue), what the documents entails, whether or not i'm signing my life away, and thinking back, made me really appreciative that he took the time to make the process easier for us. I would recommend and would go back to him in the future.

Very professional and knowledgeable! Ms. Fung is an excellent specialist of her field. Office staff are supportive and responsive. Twelve years ago, I was very fortunate to have Ms. Fung as my attorney for my first home purchase. For someone had no previous home purchase experience, Ms. Fung gave great advices and all problems resolved with no delay on the closing. I had another home selling/purchase last year, Ms. Fung has kept her excellent profession. I have also referred my friends and family to her and everyone walked away very happy.

very sucking service and lack of necessary professional knowledge of real estate law! before closing , I clearly asked this lady if there was a certificate of occupancy on file, and I got a firm answer Yes. after I got the house, the city inspector informed me that there is no CO and there are a lot of violations on file. suddenly I am responsible for all the remedy of violations of the house, which caused huge trouble and financial loss to me. I am going to sue this awful lawyer.

I am have worked with Attorney Leong on several real estate transactions. Mr. Leong knows the law and always gives good advice. I would highly recommend this Attorney Leong.

Horrible experience. Andrew is very experienced and knowledgeable but does not like to explain things to you after the initial meeting. Eventhough you are the client, he feels that you don't need to know everything since he is taking care of it. As for his paralegals, they are horrible. They are all lazy, liers and nasty. Not professional at all. They all have very bad attitudes and would just lie to you because they don't want to work. Jenny, Amy and Connie just pass the ball to each other and ignore your questions. I really regret for using them. AVIOD!!!

So regret for using this law firm. Never call back promptly, always lie about the status of your file because they do not want to work. The paralegals bounce your calls to each other so they can avoid answering your questions. Both attorney and paralegals refuse to explain and answer your questions. They feel like you don't need to know because they think they are better than you. That is a waste of their time to explain things to you. Probably feel that your file/case is not big enough for them to pay too much attention to you. Its very insulting to a client when your attorney and paralegals (which you pay them) talk to you with a nasty attitude and do not feel like they are obligated to assist/work with you. Definitely avoid using this law firm.

Andrew is a knowledgeable and experienced lawyer (used him more than once). Every time we had a meeting he would give quality customer service with a smile, provide explanations about the transactions, and would answer all our questions regardless how silly they are. HOWEVER, his staff is a different story, ESPECIALLY THE OFFICE MANAGER JENNY! She DOES NOT have any people skills, does not reply to emails or phone calls (we had to continually contact her to get answers), does not give explanations or answer questions in a straightfoward manner, and has a mean and nasty attitude. If she is stressed (which is all the time), she takes it out on the client (which is the all the time). The last couple of transactions should have been smooth but in dealing with her, it was not! Because of Jenny, we are not using Andrew again even though we had a positive experience with him. As for the ratings, they are low because of Jenny (could have been higher if the staff treated the client better or hire experienced staff with better people skills). BEWARE!
