I was very happy with Alison! She was able to successfully get my sponsor to postpone the closing time 3 times for us when I ran into hiccups despite the property being prime and highly demanded. Highly recommended!

I and my wife have been working with Alison and her team for more than 8 years. We retained them 4 times for our real estate purchases and were always very happy with the outcome. Despite many challenging and complex situations, Alison and her team always found a way to fulfill our requests. They were very organized and always on top of the situation. They updated us regularly. Furthermore we had flat fee agreements (contingent on the closing of the transaction) and the pricing was always very reasonable. They never asked for additional fees despite how many more unexpected hours they had to work to get to the finish line. I have been recommending them to all my family members and friends. Their legal fee is fair. The quality of their service is really good! They are very professional and patient. They even call and email you regarding your case status so you are aware of what are the next steps for your visa application. 张德海就是一个大骗子，请大家都不要再上当了。我在他那里办的绿卡案子，除了给我不停的要钱以外，他实质根本就没我做什么。让我的案子被移民局判为不符合移民要求。我紧接着有走访了很多家移民律师楼和律师见面，向他们提供我的情况和先前张德海给我处理案件的情况，这些我走访的律师众口一致认为，我的案件出现这种情况是张德海的办案问题，才导致移民官最终对我不理的判决。律师就是拿人钱财为人消灾的职业，拿客户钱不为客户服务消灾解难其实质就是大骗子行为。

I had my case with Mr Zhang 3y ago, he was very helpful and answered all my questions, even went further to look for my defendant--someone irresponsible. the case was simple and done well after a few months, I just feel he could fight a little harder to get my sole-custodial status for kids, another thing was he needed more knowledge of taxes or should consult a tax expert before writing those info in papers. thanks
