Ms. Fung provided outstanding services to my last two purchases. Co-op transactions aren’t also straightforward and my last purchase was particularly difficult and problematic. 我原本是滿心期待想要跟張律師合作。在諮詢完後合法的詢問張律師的合法名字和出生月日，想要簡單查閱是否他的學歷背景相符，但他們要我直接看網站，但網站人人都能打）不論是真是假，他們的態度後來變得非常差。接電話的小姐說：如果你不相信張律師的背景，那我們也不想跟你合作。還說我不敢置信我會問這樣的問題。我本來覺得應該就是要找他們合作，但如果連一個基本的資料也無法提供給我去查詢他背景是否真實？是否這樣也是很可疑呢？

very sucking service and lack of necessary professional knowledge of real estate law! before closing , I clearly asked this lady if there was a certificate of occupancy on file, and I got a firm answer Yes. after I got the house, the city inspector informed me that there is no CO and there are a lot of violations on file. suddenly I am responsible for all the remedy of violations of the house, which caused huge trouble and financial loss to me. I am going to sue this awful lawyer.
