It was such a great experience working with the team at Pun & Associates. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in real estate transactions and our attorney Shearon was very nice, and patient throughout the whole process. Shearon was super helpful in a closing process that just kept getting pushed back for various reasons, most of which we had no control over. Shearon answered whatever questions we had (even when it took me a couple of explanations for me to fully understand!), and was super knowledgeable about everything. Also a shoutout to Gary as well who also was involved. While the closing was a marathon that I am happy to have completed, I had a good time working with Shearon and Pun Associates and would definitely recommend!
