I completed both a sale and a purchase through Pun & Associates in 2018. In both cases, Wilson and his team were very responsive and professional. They provided excellent services throughout the entire buying/selling process. I enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to others.

I had a wonderful experience with this law firm. Wilson and his legal team are extremely professional, detailed and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and follow thoroughly throughout the whole process. I have recommended Wilson’s team to my nephew who unfortunately had to cancel the contract during the process after the loan commitment was issued. Luckily, he has Wilson and his team on his side to negotiate with the seller and he was able to get the full downpayment returned. If you are looking for a real estate attorney, Wilson and his team is highly recommended.

I have closed my property with very experienced attorney & paralegal who have vast Real Estate knowledge to deal with negotiation of contract clauses, and post-closing issues. ESPECIALLY post-closing issues because in my case, I had offered sellers 3 months of post-staying. It's imaginable how difficult and dreadful that could be, yet the attorneys were able to negotiate a perfect deal money-wise and in timely fashion for me. I hope you can find the same amount of professionalism and courteousness i find in this firm. Strongly recommended & happy closings!

Great Lawyers here, they handled my purchase of a condo and when that purchase took way too long I requested they help me get a refund on my down payment and they came through. Extremely professional and great service. Would definitely work with them again. Edit: Just used their services to purchase a house and they helped me through the entire process. I was able to purchase the property with no issues and closing was handled very efficiently and professionally.

If you are the kind of client that likes to be informed, this is not the lawyer you are looking for. Written correspondence: close to none, and you might get an attitude over the phone if you insist to receive written confirmations. Phone etiquette: way too inappropriate. Trustworthy: not to me; I actually felt like he was purposely making things look more complicated. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on another lawyer who will actually work with and for you, and who will appreciate your business.

Mr Picerno is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional lawyer one can ever come across. Unreliable, unconcerned, and not fit to defend anyone in criminal court. He appears to be very fearful of the prosecutor and the judge. He never complies with the tasks his role as an attorney requires. He can't even figure out when is the next court date and doesn't show up in court. He is not recommendable at all. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS ATTORNEY!
