I recently Sold a house in Queens, New York. Luckily for me, my lawyer was James. James is a straightforward straight shooter. Very knowledgeable, very reasonable and a real old-school gentlemen !!

We had a rather difficult buyer, an impossible property manager, and terrible neighbors, all of whom complicated an otherwise straightforward sale of a beautiful townhouse on the water. James navigated the sale with professionalism and integrity. James counseled us to ensure we were able to move on with our lives without resorting to drawn out litigation.
