He always got back to me 4. Information A lot of us don’t know what to do or know how the system works. This is very important people want to be informed. James will devote the time to explain everything to you. He will stand by your side take you through the steps and answer any question you may have. He is Humble easy to talk to, patient I felt like I was talking to a friend not an attorney. 4- Fees More than reasonable fees -I did not get charged any extra fees, no surprises or charged for each phone call Maybe I should not say this but I was surprised his fees were that low. Someone who is reachable and communicative, someone who is dependable, someone who handles things with your interest in mind, and ultimately, someone who gets the job done. James was all of those things and more. Dealing with him yielded the smoothest closing I've ever had... it was literally 1.5 hours in and out. COVID really hit me hard financially as I’m sure has been a consistent theme here. I started my rebuilding in January of this year. Experian FICO 8 Score 576, 15 Hard Inquiries and 8 late payments. I had this mindset, I’ll be in the 700+ before the end of the year.
