5 stars FOR SURE! Their price was half that of any other such serviced I could find. They delayed the hearing for two years and actually beat the ticket. If I went on my own, I am sure the judge would have ruled against me.

I got a pedestrian in the walkway ticket, which would have added points to my license. I decided to fight it and found My Tickets. They went to court on my behalf, kept me updated with my case and eventually I was found not guilty. I am thrilled about this! I would recommend My Tickets NYC and use them again the future.
