Unfortunately my ticket wasn't dismissed I was told that the lawyer would switch my appearance date but the date never got switched. I emailed the day of my court date being that you just never know being that most of the conversation are by email you get a little nervous also this ticket was from back in September 2015 so yes I was worried.I got a response right away yesterday from Liza saying that she won't have information till the next morning. Here I am thinking being that I already paid a lawyer's fee they would help me but instead I ended up with 4 points and another fee of $195. How do I know that the "lawyer" even went to the court date and tried to fight for me? You just don't!!! I would have assume with a lawyer present my ticket would have got dropped to probably a parking ticket or something similar. I have a clean driving license but of course now I don't. Good luck if you plan to use them I hardly recommend doing more research and finding a better law firm.

They provided good service, had 2 tickets over speeding and improper exit from HOV. So total supposed to be 6 points HOV ticket got dropped Speeding ticket downgraded to improper pedestrian crossing Bottom line: No points and fraction of fine that I end up paying to government

I had moved to Florida and I was not even able to appear at the court for my speeding ticket. These folks got my ticket dismissed for a very low payment. I could not even believe it, I thought it was a joke when I heard about them. You guys do a wonderful job and I am very grateful I found you. Thank you very much :)

My experience with this firm far exceeds 5 stars. I reached out to them in a late Friday afternoon after they were closed and Gabriel responded right away and worked with me on Sunday to get all the information down pat before the trail which in Monday afternoon. The court the trail was in was know to be very difficult to fight and win yet My Ticket NY was able to get the whole ticket removed! All 6 points and not fines! I would most defiantly highly recommend them to anyone that has gotten a traffic violation in NY region. (They are working on my next ticket now :))
