Etan and his team helped me through the selling of my parents co-op in Queens after they passed. Etan and his team were professional, knowledgeable, communicated with me often and let me know what next steps we had to take to get us to the goal. We were able to get very close to asking price in a market where interest rates were rising and inflation was problematic. On top of that, since Etan and his team were so professional and on top of every ball rolled to them, I did not have to worry about anything "business" related, as he supported me through all of that, and I was able to go through my parents things, process my loss and grieve. I can not thank this team and Etan enough.

Issabella at Mitra Hakimi Realty is a fantastic real estate agent who helped me secure my first brick and mortar location for Here We Go Fitness on Metropolitan Avenue in Forest Hills. I met her nearly a year before signing a lease at a local community event, and she never stopped maintaining contact while I worked through my needs for a space. She's patient, consistent, doesn't drive you toward locations that are not within your parameters, and sticks with you through even after the signing is done. She is top notch and could not recommend her more!
