Pitiful-mediocre service. Seriously if you're interested in any of their properties, get a buyers realtor first who can represent your interests as buyers. Let the buyer realtor acquier info on the listing. Mitra sucks 😕

Etan is an attorney whose legal acumen proved invaluable, a kind and efficient businessman, a true asset to humanity, a great listener, very patient, on the ball, responsive, diligent, a child of Elohim who assuaged all of our worries and brought our purchase to the finish line with humble triumph. I couldn't recommend Etan more highly. Thoughtful and generous. An oasis in a sea of reptiles. All praise to the God of Israel the Creator of The Universe for creating Mitra Hakimi.

Mitra and Etan are consummate professionals. They took the time to properly value our house and to show us how they made that determination. They provided excellent advice as to how to present our house (without spending a great deal of money on minor problems). They hired an experienced professional photographer to show our house on-line. They arranged for a number of qualified buyers to view the house. As a result, in a difficult, high-interest rate market, we sold our house at a price that we though was very fair, and it was on the market for less than two months before we went to contract. Great job.
