Etan and his real estate firm was essential in the sale of our condo. He's very knowledgeable, responsive, and goes the extra mile. He's full of knowledge and also a attorney as well which helps out in negotiating and going through the process of selling our condo. He made many great recommendations on preparing the sale as well with references for folks that helped out. Negotiating the sale went well with him keeping on top of the process. Issabella worked very hard to help us find our home. We had a very hard time during the closing process and she did a lot to help things out. I feel that this was way out of the ordinary for many realtors. I really appreciated her addition help, care, and sensitivity.
