Randy is the best. I had got pulled over on the cross Island Pkwy. The cop gave me a speeding, following close, no signal changing lanes and several more tickets. The cop was a real a&&#$@?. Randy did his magic and beat the case. Listen to Randy he knows how to work the system.

Randy got my over 25 mph speeding ticket dismissed somehow. I have no points (could have been 6) nor did I pay a fine. Thanks Randy !!!!!!

Randy Alpert was great in helping dismiss two tickets that would've resulted in too many points against license and would've resulted in a revoked license. After giving this to Randy, he stayed on top of it, and appeared in court on our behalf when necessary. His office was lovely to keep us updated along the way. A huge thank you to Randy for fighting these tickets, and dealing with this for a year (court dates kept getting pushed out)!

Goal: Reduce points or Dismiss the ticket I got a 6 point speeding ticket and I didn’t want the additional points. I contacted Randy Alpert after a quick Google search and the office basically explained their process and I immediately sent in a retainer. It took a few years (as they said it might) and the end result was a dismissal of the ticket - no points. It was money well spent and there was no stress on my part. The office kept me in the loop every time the court date changed and I felt that there was enough information to keep me in the loop without being bombarded with emails - basically any time there was an update, I got an email. Thank you Randy!!

Highly recommend. I was pulled over and received enough summonses that would’ve caused me to lose my license and wreck my insurance rates for years to come.
