Seth Rosenfeld is an amazing attorney. I had a tenant that was damaging my property. Mr. Rosenfeld got them out within four months. of being hired. It was the quickest, nuisance litigation. I ever was part of in all my years as a landlord.

Seth appears to be too busy to provide proper service. Does not return emails or phone calls and does not remain familiar with your case. Find a different attorney if you have legal issues.

What can I say besides the reviews are true!!! 5/5 stars for Randy S. Alpert and his team. Got my 6 point ticket reduced to NO points with a small fine, Thank You is an understatement! Trust me when I, and all the other reviews testify that Randy is the real deal.

Ariel is really the BEST of the Best!!! He has lived up to all the great reviews that I've read prior to working with him. Ariel negotiated with my bank to settle my foreclosure case, within a week of my 1st meeting with him, he had an offer from the bank that I thought was too good to be true.
