I had them take care of my petition for the Green Card after my marriage and they did a great job. They were very professional from the beginning to the end of the process. The contract that linked them to me were fully respected. I'd recommend Mr Scott Messinger (Queens Immigration Law) to anyone who is in a need of legal help for any Immigration case.

After a horrible experience with our first immigration lawyer we were referred to Scott at Queens Immigration Law. Scott was able to explain all the previous missteps in the process and assured us he would be able to rectify our situation and get my husband his green card. We hired Scott on the spot and he delivered on his promise. Throughout the entire process Scott was professional, understanding and communicative. I also cannot say enough about Miyoung. She was on top of all of our paperwork and helped to ensure a work permit for my husband. She made the process so much easier than we ever thought it would be. Thank you both for everything!

Seth held my hand throughout this process the whole way. Initially, there was a delay in getting started but Seth and I were able to come to an understanding and he held up his side of the word to the very end. I had a horrible professional tenant that had been evicted before, that I got through a sham of a broker, as a first-time landlord. A very expensive lesson to learn. The tenant knew how to work the system and continuously called the cops and building inspectors on me. The case went on for 8 months with the tenant missing court dates and requesting extra time to pay. Seth was able to get my stipulation updated to reflect the current amount owed, secure the warrant of eviction and answered any questions that I had, even calling me late at night to get back to me. Seth shows dedication to getting your case resolved and is always willing to explain why he took certain courses of action. My tenant finally moved out right before the Marshal came.

THE BEST! First lawyer I had to hire for a traffic case so I was unsure about the process. Was straight to the point and very informative. Friendly and helpful staff when I needed help. We used this lawyer to waiver for my wife. The waiver was approved and my wife was able to leave and come back to US. Very worm office and the attorney really understood the urgency of our case. She always answered all our call and emails.

I had the worst experience with this attorney. Paper work missing. name spelled wrong on different documents , If you are a landlord wanting to remove tenants please search elsewhere.

I needed to have a tenant to move out. On June 19, I was fortunate to find Seth. At first, I was not too sure he could help me. But Seth handled my case in a very professional manner. He listened patiently as I explained my problem. Seth inquired and examined the issue at hand. Then Seth proposed a solution to the problem. Mind you, this was all done during the free initial consultation. His suggestion and proposed solution to move the tenant was correct (20/20 hindsight). As an attorney, he carefully checked and covered all details. From the serving of the 30 day notice with the correct building owner's name, in this case a trust to when NOT to collect the rent. Seth supported me when I needed help during the trying times. I found him to have the confidence, 16 years of experience to backup that confidence. On July 12, the tenant moved out! I couldn't believe it! Talk about an expeditious action! I am wholeheartedly recommending Seth Rosenfeld to all those who need an attorney to handle landlord tenant conflicts. By the way, the tenant was not angry nor even upset as they moved out. I still can't believe it!

Unfortunately I had the need to use Mr. Alpert for the second time last week and both times he was extremely helpful! A friend of mine had recommended him to me about a year ago and he was able to get my fine reduced for speeding without any points. Last week he was able to do the same for me on a cell phone violation\ Not only was he able to help me but the lady in his office was extremely pleasant and helpful as well regarding paperwork that was necessary. The cost for his services definitely outweighed the fines, aggravation of going to court, and most importantly the points on the my license. I highly would recommend to anyone contacting Mr. Alpert for help.

I had an excellent outcome of my Criminal Court case due to the highly professional and skilled knowledge of the staff at the Addabbo & Greenberg Law firm. Todd Greenberg was the Attorney that I dealt with. He is very compassionate and explained circumstances and options in a very clear and concise manner. This is something extremely important in dealing with a delicate case such as mine and what I was possibly facing. He was very patient/calm and collective in every step of the way with what the Court was trying to impose on me. His confidence when speaking to me was superior. It allowed for me to have a peace of mind and know that everything was going to be ok. That is priceless. I also had to deal with Family Court to which Todd recommended his sister - Jill Stone Law firm. I'll try to make this short by saying she's a replica of him in how she and her staff handled my Family Court Case.
