Recently worked with David Gross on a project. He was receptive, diligent and to the point. Our goal was to draft a mutually acceptable agreement that would require very little back and forth between the parties and he did so eloquently. Would recommend.

I have used this firm for my divorce from 6 years ago. They did not leave any stone unturned and created a very thorough document that I could fall back on if need be. Fast forward this last year that's exactly what I needed to do. I was brought back to court and again received the utmost of care. David Gross represented me primarily this time around. He was beyond brilliant. Available, patient, stayed on top of all, conscientious of saving money on my legal bills and really made this process less daunting. I fully recommend.

I will say that it definitely takes a certain type of person to be a divorce attorney and Erica definitely found her calling. Going through my divorce was such a personal and emotional experience and I couldn't have handpicked a better attorney to be by my side. From the beginning of my divorce to the end I truly believe that she understood me, understand my situation and understood what was important. John is an experienced lawyer. I always felt confident walking into court with him. My ex husband had a very nasty attorney but John always managed to stay calm and collected. His associate Josie is also fantastic. She dots every I and nothing will get past her. I walked into the divorce process with a result in mind. My first attorney told me I would never get sole custody and my expectations were high. After a battle in court he managed to get me sole custody which I never thought would happen. He made sure I got everything I was entitled to - half the pension, 401K and he even got my ex husband to pay a large portion of my legal bills. I also got the house. The office staff is very easy to work with. They are friendly and helpful. They talked me through everything I needed help with. I’ve already recommended him to a friend.

I remember the first time I walked in and was introduced to Mr. Gemelli . First impression was that I knew I was in the right place and he was going to be my lawyer helping me through my divorce . My first consultation that I experienced answered all my questions that I had and even more... he’s very patient and loving. We know each other for some quite time and I have to say that he fought and fought for me . My divorce wasn’t peachy at all.
