My observations and experiences are based on a case against a tenant who has missed rent going back 5 years. First red flag was in the draft letter shown for notice of non-payment had the tenant's name misspelled. Correspondence and communication were abysmal and the other negative reviews that cite similar experiences are quite accurate to mine. On the court dates I was present to get more information on the case and dispute possible forged signatures on receipts. Most of the information I gave the lawyer was in one ear and out the other. During the sessions, the tenant often lied – with the attorney often just sitting silently with no rebuttal. Any sort of information given during the session (which I already provided outside of it) was met with extreme agitation from the attorney. He had the nerve to yell and reprimand me like a child out in the hallway for even speaking to him during the sessions! You would’ve thought he was an attorney appointed by the state to defend you from death row by his attitude rather than a hired one to earn you justice. He has no composure or professionalism and was very ill prepared. I can't imagine having a worse attorney than this. Stay away.

Attorney Rajiv was highly compassionate ,helpful and attentive to my legal information needs at our consultation. He was able to get my case dismissed and I did not have to appear in court. Attorney Rajiv communicated with me step by step while he represented me, I would definitley work with him again.
