Went Rajiv for tenant -landlord consult. He was truthful but what i did not like was that he asked to get feedback on a consult right before I left. I personally believe that once service is met/ or not met , a review can take place. On that note, i can not put a feedback until I see something.
I do not like to be told or asked to provide a good review for anyone because it makes me feel that they are only after that.

Mr Syed is a master at his craft. The best attorney I’ve ever spoken to. He’s calm with great energy, super knowledgeable and extremely understanding which eased the anxiety of having to deal with the case in the first place. In my personal experience with Mr . Syed’s representation as a landlord in 2 simultaneous cases , he has proven to be knowledgeable reliable and compassionate. Since the consultation he has been empathetic and provided me with realistic outcomes at every stage of cases. This is area where I feel a lot of other attorneys and firms fall short ESPECIALLY in New York. Bottom line I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Syed for any future L&T litigation.
