The Bongiorno Law Firm in Garden City saved my life!! I had a trip-and-fall accident which left me with a life-altering injury. After the way that I was treated for the last six years by the Bongiorno Law Firm, I am writing the first review of my life….First off, I have to thank Richie for not letting me walk out the door and forget everything. He asked me kindly not to leave and to give the Bongiorno Law Firm a shot being that I had nothing to lose as It was determined by my surgeon and New York State that I was permanently disabled. I’m a Union Laborer for 24 years in New York City and I was injured because of negligence on the job. I want to thank all of the girls in the office , especially Soula for keeping me informed, reminding me of all of my doctors appointments , and most importantly for calling me just to check on my well being. Next , I want to thank Michelle for all of the calls to tell me that one of the lawyers would be meeting me at every doctor’s appointment that I had. Finally, I want to thank Peter , Richie, Brandon and John for being at my mediation and fighting for me until they felt I had a fair settlement. Four lawyers fighting for me made me realize that as I waited in the next room, I knew I made the right choice hiring these professionals. What a job guys !!! Richard Bongiorno did an AMAZING job on my boyfriend's personal injury case. He handled everything while my boyfriend was hit by a truck and out of work because of his injuries. When I first contacted Richard at The Bongiorno Law Firm following a car accident, I was immediately at ease. He sat with me and talked me through my case every step of the way. I was never put off, or rescheduled, never told that they couldn't see me or make time to answer even the smallest of questions I had. The entire office is professional, understanding and patient. With every step, I was kept informed, and I never had a single moment where I didn't understand fully what was being done, what the next steps were, or what was expected of me. When it came time for my case to be brought before a judge, which was done virtually because of the Covid restrictions, Keri Lynn kept me informed up to the minute of what was going on. She fought for me fiercely, and the outcome could not have been better. I can honestly say that from start to finish, I was, and still am amazed at all the hard work and dedication that everyone put in on my behalf, and I truly cannot thank them enough for everything.

My daughter had been hit by a car as a pedestrian while away at college her Freshman year.
