I worked with Brandon Cruz and the Bongiorno team following a trip and fall accident that resulted in a broken arm and shoulder replacement. He was attentive, available and a great advocate for me. Brandon tracked down the parties responsible for the location of my fall, and everyone at the firm worked tirelessly to move my case forward. Brandon and his team were available to me any time I had questions, and took time to help me with anything I needed. Brandon deposed multiple defendants, helped to prepare me for two different depositions, and took the time after the depositions to review them with me for any corrections and clarifications that needed to be added for the record. Brandon interviewed witnesses to the conditions of the area where I fell, and hired an investigator to take pictures for use in my lawsuit. He ultimately got me a settlement without having to go to court, that far exceeded what I thought was possible. Through it all, everyone at Bongiorno was kind, available, and professional. I could not have asked for better advocates through the whole situation.

For 3 years, I never heard from this law firm after an accident. They took on my case along with the person whose car I was hit in. He never followed up on anything, and then passed me off to another lawyer saying he couldn't represent me. He highly recommended his buddy. His buddy then sits on it for another two years...none of the records were ever looked over. There were issues that could have been resolved in the 1st year of accident, but they never looked over anything. After years of therapy, loss of work, huge doctor bills, and permanent injury my case was lost in court. After being injured in a hit and run accident....now I am a victim all over again ...misrepresentation and conflict of interest .

Absolutely horrible law firm. Very disorganized, they don't do their job very well and the lawyer himself is very rude and unprofessional ,never calls back his clinets. Would not recommend him to anyone they need to change big time
