I found Schwartapfel Lawyers by chance looking online. From there I was lucky enough to be paired with Ben Rabinowitz as my my comp lawyer. The settlement I received was definitely above my expectations compared to past experiences. Although it wasn't in the millions (rightfully so), I was treated by Ben and his entire team as if it were. We weren’t sure how to proceed, and we did have many questions. Schwartzapfel law firm, made it simple and easy. Any times we had questions all we needed to do was call and we got our answers. We were kept at ease knowing if we needed anything, we can call Alice McDermott, who always seem to have an answer for us, and we are very appreciative of her and the entire law firm.

Jeffrey was an absolute joy to work with. Kind, polite, professional, and easy-going, he'll treat you like a friend-one who is excellent at what he does and gets results! He is responsive, keeps you in the loop at all times, and takes great pride in doing his very best for his clients. I made some bad decisions that led me to his office, though he was not judgmental-- just assessed the situation, and what he can do. In my case, long story short, he saved my license from suspension. As most know, it is very difficult to live on Long Island without a car. Incredibly, Jeffrey was also able to have my fines reduced from $4k to $1k! He's clear in providing instructions for next steps his client needs to take in order to ensure all his work fully resolves the matter. His fee is more than reasonable, and he truly works to reduce the fines to cover it if at all possible. I cannot recommend him and the services he provides strongly enough.
