I'll try to be short with my review even though i can write a book. From the moment I made contact with Schwartzapfel, they treated me with RESPECT & COMPASSION. My phone calls to the firm are ALWAYS answered warmly by Patty. There was never a need for me to feel uncertain about my case because Benjamin and Carlene regularly updated me.on the status.. I was referred to this law firm by my Union. From the first minute I stepped foot in the door, I was treated like a respected member of the family. Patti at the front desk was so friendly and cool to talk to. My worker’s Compensation lawyer Sachin Gadh had magical powers with working out any issues immediately. Chris Holbrook, the head litigator, is one of the sharpest people I have ever met. It really sucked getting hurt at work but being in their hands made the process so much less stressful. My phone calls were always returned the same day I made them. The outcome was great and done with pure class all the way through. If a family member ever needed representation, I would not let them go anywhere else.

On a clear spring morning while walking on the 7 Train platform, I stepped into a hole in the concrete..breaking my ankle in 2 places. This left me unable to work for the next year. I was fortunate enough to make a call to "Schwartzapfel Lawyers" and was put in touch with David Sloan. At the first meeting, I was at ease knowing I was in good hands. David is a seasoned lawyer and his lengthy experience was reassuring. David would call me out of the blue to see how I was doing, and to give me lawsuit updates. If David was busy with other clients, his paralegal Sabrina Hernandez was always available to speak with. On occasion, I would need to stop into their Garden City office and his secretary Nandie Narain would be quick to help. My wife and I have had 2 very bad experiences with lawyers, but this was not the case with David. In the end, I received more than I thought , and I owe that to calling Schwatzapfel Lawyers, and David Sloan. I cant recommend them enough!
