My divorce had dragged on for over four (!) years. I'd moved across the country and always felt like my attorney was keeping me in the dark about where things stood. I needed a responsive lawyer. I found Attorney DiFalco, and three months later I had a final judgment. DiFalco was extraordinary. From our first consultation, I could tell that he was actually listening to me. He's very responsive, no matter how offbeat my questions were. I always felt like he was listening to me and representing my interests, not trying to move my case through. He worked hard to research and track down details that I had not thought of, based on his knowledge of specific case law. At every turn, he gave detailed explanations of what he was working on so that I never felt like I was left in the dark. In court, he is personable and respectful, and we were able to clear all pending motions and reach a final agreement in the same day, respecting the rights and best interests of all. Divorce attorneys are one service provider you DON'T want to use for future business. Nevertheless, I would strongly recommend Attorney DiFalco. He's easily the best lawyer I have ever worked with.

Approximately two and a half years ago I lost my beautiful daughter Bree to a drunk driver. Time Has Changed nothing we are all still devastated over this loss she was a beautiful person inside and out.
