Mr. Witkon is great at what he does. My mom lives alone and rented to a tenant that took advantage of her situation and broke every agreement in his lease. The advise was so profound, she had hires him the same day. I would recommend Attorney David Witkon to anyone he is excellent.

Jay did a fantastic job working on my marital case. After working with a previous attorney I was not obtaining substantive results and Jay took my calls for over 6 months before obtaining him as of counsel. Despite a complex case with very lazy and difficult opposing counsel he was able to obtain a pre trial settlement that was the best case scenario given the situation. Everything a lawyer should be. That is how I would describe Jay Raxenberg. My grandmother finally decided to file for divorce after living in fear for the majority of her life. I made an emergency phone call to Jay Raxenberg at 1230 AM, he answered right away, and allowed me to book an emergency appointment on the same day in the afternoon. Before my grandma even paid him, I spoke to him multiple times on the phone because he had already started on filing the case and needed information so that we would have more time to discuss things before our first appointment. If there was one thing I had to be certain about, it is that you won’t go wrong hiring Jay Raxenberg for your family law needs.
