If there’s one thing I have to now thank my husband for, for the rest of my life… it is finding Sackstein & Lee law office. I don’t even know where to begin… my children and I were struck by a vehicle while Crossing the street. It was one of the hardest days of my life. I was not sure how to deal with it legally as it’s such a confusing process in its entirety. One phone call to their office and my life has changed forever. I have not only learned so much, but my children and I have been compensated for this tragic accident in ways I can never have imagined. For starters, they had one of their attorneys by the name of Vlad, personally visit my house, and break everything down for me. He came prepared and punctual, as well as kind and understanding. Without hesitation I began my case with them. They had directed me in the directions that i was required to go in order to properly handle my case, as well as my own health and recovery. I was on the phone several times with Ms Mercedes. First off, her voice itself is very pleasant and reassuring. All she wanted from me was to make sure my babies and I are in good care and proceed with managing our injuries. From day one until this case was settled, Mercedes was on top of every single document, every single application, and every appointment I had. She always called me to make sure things are going well, and made sure to refer me to the best PT and chiropractic office that will do their best to get me better. Being a mother, and that of 3 children I was worried I would have to go back and forth with so much but absolutely not! All I did was get better while Mercedes and Christina did every possible thing that was needed for my case. I am forever grateful. Words can’t describe the place this firm has made in my heart. Especially Mercedes. I am eternally grateful for your kindness, and persistence to get my babies and I justice. Every time I went into their office I was greeted with warmth and a feeling of having another family. My case was settled in 6 months… which was a shock and in the end I can not describe how thankful and pleased I am for the settlement they received for my family and I.
