When you hire a divorce attorney you want 4 things: Someone who knows the law backwards and forwards so that you don't lose out on anything you deserve. Someone who won't fritter away your life savings and create extra billable hours and headaches. Someone who can build and present your case thoughtfully and present it to a judge in a powerful manner, but who prefers to settle and get you out before that happens if possible. Someone who is able to understand you and your ex and gets your priorities. Mr. Biondo was able to understand the complexities of my very difficult case and worked tirelessly (and quickly) to bring the case to a conclusion. I was very impressed with his expertise in both custody matters and complex financial situations.
