Our family sought out Russo Law Group to assist us with elder law/estate planning for my mother. We worked directly with Katie Ann Trotta, Esq who was so helpful and informative and really made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Posted for Anna Hannan: My family suffered a sudden illness of my mother and she is now a long term nursing home resident. We don't have the means to pay out of pocket and on top of that I have an adult disabled brother that will need to be protected, yet in spite of all that, discussing future plans in my family was not anything that was considered necessary. Well, as it happens, the decisions were made for us by circumstance and we needed a lawyer to sort through this and help us in a hurry. Enter Russo Law Group, specifically Eric J. Einhart. Once we explained our situation, not a moment was wasted and Eric hit the ground running. He met with us (Zoom meeting initially) and was able to identify our needs for full advance directives, Power of Attorney, and setting up trusts for my brother's future protection. Within a week he personally came to the Nursing Home to finalize the initial phase of our multiple needs. I am continuing to work with Eric and case manger Kathleen DeGraff. They have both been very professional and a calming presence. Their immediate knowledge of what to do and the order to do it, whereas we have multiple problems that need to be addressed at the same time instilled a large dose of confidence that we needed to think more clearly. I would highly recommend this firm and Eric and Kathleen for any needs you may have.

My family never talked about money. It was a taboo subject and we avoided it like the plague. And so when my father passed and mother was diagnosed with dementia, I found myself in the unenviable position of having to seek guardianship. A random Google search landed me on the Russo Law Group page and I was introduced to Christine Fung. What a lifesaver she has been! She's smart, knowledgeable, efficient, punctual, organized and most importantly, compassionate. She has been an invaluable resource in helping me navigate the paperwork and requirements and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her.

Christine Fung was an excellent attorney. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I never had a problem getting in touch with Christine. If she wasn't there when I called, I would leave a message and always get a return phone call. My only complaint was the accounting statements that were sent out for payments, they were one of the worst statements imaginable. My background is accounting and I could not understand these statements at all. I issued my complaint to Christine and the person in the billing department and neither one of them could understand the statement as well. I hope that the accounting statements are changed to be more understandable in the future.
