Working with Kim Christian at Russo Law Group was truly a dream! My parents had been looking to draw up their Trusts and Estates plan for a number of years. I introduced them to two other lawyers at other firms prior to working with Kim, and in both instances my parents left those meetings feeling uncomfortable, confused and they simply did not connect with those attorneys at all - so the search continued to find someone who was the right fit for them and, most importantly, someone they felt like they trusted. Through a recommendation from a family friend who had worked with Kim on their estate plan, we then met with her, and my parents were thrilled to proceed immediately after our consultation. Kim has all the qualities that my parents wanted in their trust and estates lawyer - trustworthy, smart, strategic, patient, relatable, and able to communicate complex issues in a simple, easy to digest manner. My parents are both elderly and immigrants, and it takes a special sort of person to have the patience to work with them - and Kim is exactly that person. After numerous meetings and a lot of work on Kim and her team's part, my parents were beyond satisfied with Kim's work, timely communication, her honesty, reliability and the estate plan she had created for them. I worked closely with Tom Marasco of Russo Law Group over 8 months in 2021 as I prepared to sell my mother's condo apartment on Long Island. From the start, it was clear that Tom had a lot of valuable experience to help facilitate this transaction. He was extremely good at working with me and with all other parties (seller and buyer real estate brokers and sales agents, buyer's attorney. etc.) across all phases of the transaction, from initial steps to closing. Tom was very personable and well-organized throughout the sales process. In his years of dealing with legal aspects of real estate transactions, he''s learned how to help clients expedite offers, how to negotiate effectively, how to interpret and increase buyer interest, and many other skills that are essential for success at arms-length transactions that require a good balance of advocacy (for one party) and cooperation/collaboration (with the other party's representatives). Tom Marasco was outstanding at guiding me through legal aspects of the whole sales process in a calm, determined, focused way that was reassuring and encouraging, even though the sale was occurring under what seemed to be some unfavorable conditions. It started while there was still a lot of concern about COVID-19; the property in question was far away from me; and Tom's office was also far from my location. I'm no stranger to real estate sales, having sold several properties in the past. Without any hesitation, I'd say that Tom Marasco made the sale of the condo in question far easier than any of the other properties I've sold. Even though the apparent challenges seemed much bigger than for my other real estate sales, Tom applied his knowledge and experience to help me sell property last year far more easily than I expected. I really appreciate his professionalism, his calm perseverance, and his ability to bring all parties to agreement. I recommend Tom Marasco as an outstanding real estate attorney who can assist a wide range of real estate clients -- buyers as well as sellers -- in making progress from early planning to offering, negotiating, and completing their real estate deals.

Tommaso Marasco is an excellent atty. It was wonderful to work with him on the sale of our co-op. He was always available and very thorough throughout the whole process. A real pleasure!

I cannot say enough about Russo Law firm. They are literally the best law firm I have ever dealt with. They handled all of my needs, from elder care; wills, trusts…to handling the closing and purchasing of my homes. They were there throughout all of it; answering my many phone calls, taking care of things in an extremely timely fashion, and always calling me back within an hour of my message, if not sooner. Katie Ann Trotta, one of the lawyers at the firm, was extremely helpful. I really don’t think I could have gotten through everything without her help. When I wasn’t able to go pick up documents for the closing of my homes, Katie came to my house, in a snow storm, and brought me the documents I needed to sign. Then she delivered those documents to where they had to go. Any issues that arose, Katie was able to quickly troubleshoot. She really went above and beyond. Kim Christian is knowledgeable, informative, and empathetic. She explained the process thoroughly, we never felt rushed and we were always encouraged to take our time with our thoughts. Once all our documents were completed, she went over everything in detail… nothing was missed! Kim has been an amazing support for me and my family and I feel confident in my future plans now and confident that Kim will help me make changes if and when needed.

I've called upon Russo Law Group to help with several extremely difficult and convoluted issues concerning the dissolution a 501c3 not for profit. Her knowledge and expertise gave me the peace of mind knowing that my wishes would be effectively executed. Deanna's case manager, Cathy Evans is something else! She worked very hard to explain the documents to me so that I would understand them clearly. She has a way about her that puts you right at ease. They are a fantastic team!!! Met with Tommy Marasco last week to work with him on updating my mother-in-law's documents following the death of her husband. My husband and I needed to speak to an elder law attorney on behalf of my mother. We met with our attorney at the Office of the Russo Law Group. The attorney was easy to speak with and was able to advise us accordingly. Shortly thereafter, I began working with Case Manager, Joanna Perez.
